Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be returned in new condition including original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges and customers will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we can work with you. Unfortunately, we may not be able to replace or reship some products based on availability. Shipping and Handling We only ship in the United States with standard USPS (United States Postal Service). Free shipping for greater than $150. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or oversized packages may have additional shipping charges. Contact us for possible shipping outside the United States. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact us to let us know. Please keep in mind that if your order contains 20 cuts of fabric that it may take a little bit longer to package. We may change standard shipping methods at our discretion if shipment results in unexpected shipping charges. Texas Roots Quilting will try to keep shipping down to the minimum. Our shipping charges include the cost of shipping your order and the cost of envelopes, boxes, packing materials, tape, labels, labor to process and package your order. Privacy Policy We collect your information when you register on our website or in the shop database, place an order, enter a contest or giveaway, respond to a survey, or communicate with us by email, texting, or calling. You can opt-out of any of these by contacting us for removal.
